Santa Fe Spirits has been making American Single Malt for 11 years and is proud to have one of their casks included in the Good Deeds project. Although we make many products our heart is really in our whiskey. It’s a lightly Mesquite smoked Single Malt aged in full size new and used American White Oak casks for a minimum of 3 years. SFS has always embraced the wonderful camaraderie of the craft spirits industry , and is happy to see all their fellow distillers thriving. As we grow in size and production, we are staying true to our mission of ‘making the best craft spirits, and enjoying the process.’
