State Line Distillery is a grain-to-glass distillery located in Madison, Wisconsin. From our inception, we have worked to source our raw ingredients locally, whenever possible. Our name - ‘State Line Distillery’ - was chosen to be a reflection of this commitment. Wisconsin is a state with a rich agriculture history, which provides us with a unique opportunity to source many of the raw materials we use in the distillation process directly from farms operating within our community. How does sourcing locally impact our spirits? By providing terroir, which results in spirits that have characteristics which are uniquely Wisconsin.
In addition to positively impacting our spirits, sourcing locally provides us with an opportunity to support local farmers, help build a stronger community of producers, and upcycle waste products. In addition to producing single malt, bourbon, and rye whiskey, we also produce a range of other spirits including gin, vodka, rum, Aperitivo, coffee liqueur, and Aquavit. Our spirits can be found in restaurants and liquor stores throughout Wisconsin as well as in our cocktail lounge. |
